1.Service Context
The service aims to:
Contribute to the structured delivery of IT projects within the Client Group environment.
Service with cross functional teams to enable coordinated project execution through defined communication processes.
Interact with stakeholders using documented requirement gathering workflows and formal validation procedures.
2.Service Scope
The service encompasses (but not limited to):
Planning, coordinating, and executing IT project phases using recognised methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile).
Monitoring project progress through KPIs, performance metrics, and risk management frameworks, with structured mitigation actions.
Structuring communication flows by maintaining RAID documentation, organising steering sessions, and managing controlled project repositories.
3.Service Deliverables
The service provides (but not limited to):
Project plans including WBS structures, Gantt based schedules, resource allocation matrices, and cost tracking models.
Reporting packs including dashboards, RAG indicators, and variance analyses aligned with Client governance.
Project documentation aligned with defined quality criteria and business requirement specifications.
4. Required Expertise
The service requires (but is not limited to):
Strong and proven expertise in Databricks is mandatory.
Application of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile Scrum, Agile SAFe) with documented expertise in operational deployment.
Proficient use of project management platforms such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Clarity, or equivalent technical solutions.
Workload prioritisation using structured methods (MoSCoW, RACI, Kanban boards).
Multiproject coordination through dependency mapping, parallel scheduling, and critical path analysis.
5.Service Qualifications
The service demonstrates (but not limited to):
Expertise in delivering IT projects using formal governance, risk registers, change control workflows, and acceptance criteria matrices.
Problem analysis through established root cause methods such as Ishikawa diagrams, 5 Whys, or Pareto analysis.
Stakeholder alignment through engagement plans, communication matrices, and escalation processes.
Operational adaptability through configuration management processes, versioning procedures, and structured change impact assessments.
