We are recruiting an IB/IGCSE/French National Curriculum Mathematics Teacher & Boarding House Mentor, for a full-time position, starting as soon as possible.
The position we are offering

Location: Lille, France
Contract: Full-time (with the possibility of temporary on-site accommodation)
You will join a dedicated team of teachers and boarding staff supporting students aged 11–18 within an inspiring, international, and caring environment.
Your main responsibilities
Teaching
- Deliver engaging and rigorous Mathematics lessons across IB, IGCSE, and French National curricula.
- Track student progress, provide constructive feedback, and prepare learners for both internal and external examinations.
Boarding & Pastoral Care
- Act as a mentor and trusted adult within the boarding house, supporting students’ well-being and personal growth.
- Foster a balanced, structured, and caring atmosphere aligned with the school’s values.
- Participate in daily routines, weekend activities, and community events.
- Contribute actively to departmental initiatives and pedagogical innovation.
- Encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and independence in a multicultural classroom.
What we are looking for
✅ Degree in Mathematics or a related field.
✅. Recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, CAPES, QTS, or equivalent).
✅ 3–5 years of successful experience teaching IB and/or IGCSE Mathematics.
✅ Enthusiasm for the boarding school experience and holistic education.
✅ Commitment to intercultural understanding and inclusive learning.
✅ Excellent communication skills; bilingual English/French is an advantage.
✅ Team-oriented, creative, and genuinely passionate about inspiring young minds.
