The Role
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team and help shape the visual
identity of our brands across print, retail and digital touchpoints. Working closely with our Product Managers
and Marketing team, you will bring products to life — from initial concept through to international trade-show
booths.

Key Responsibilities
Catalogues & brand collateral: Design and produce product catalogues, brochures and sales tools for our
brand portfolio.
Print & digital communication: Create flyers, leaflets, banners, POS (web, social, newsletters).
Retail & POS design: Design product displays, counter units and promotional merchandising — this is a
core part of the role and requires strong print production knowledge.
Brand identity: Contribute to the development of visual identities consistent application across all touchpoints.
Product development: Collaborate with Product Managers on seasonal collections, moodboards and
creative research.
3D modelling: Produce 3D presentations.
Product photography: Organize and participate in product photo shoots and handle image retouching.
Trade shows & events (full ownership): End-to-end ownership of our trade-show presence across Europe.
This includes booth design and continuous improvement of our existing stands, booking of exhibition
spaces with organisers, budget management and supplier coordination, logistics planning, and on-site set-
up. This mission requires strong project management skills and a rigorous, highly organised approach.
Travel to major European trade shows — notably in Germany, Spain and Italy — is part of the role.

Must-have
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally in a consumer-goods, retail or agency
environment.
Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or equivalent.
Advanced command of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Solid print production expertise: file preparation, prepress, colour management, paper and finishing
knowledge, liaison with printers. This is non-negotiable for the role.
Strong sense of composition, typography, colour and current design trends.
Fluent English — our working language with international partners, suppliers and clients.
Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe for trade shows (Germany, Spain, Italy and others).
Nice-to-have
Working knowledge of Notion — highly appreciated, as we use it for and collaboration.
3D modelling skills (Cinema 4D, Blender or equivalent) for product and display visualisation.
Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools (generative imagery, retouching, asset automation).
French is a plus but not required.

Work model: On-site, with 1 day of remote work per week.
