A company is building an AI-powered platform designed to fully automate accounts receivable and cash collection workflows.
Rather than a traditional SaaS tool, it develops an autonomous engine that connects directly to client systems and manages the entire process - from payment reminders to legal escalation -through intelligent, end-to-end workflows powered by LLMs.
The company is at pre-seed stage (~€1M raised) with a founding team of 3 and is entering a key phase of product construction.
Role
Looking for a hands-on Founding Engineer to join at an early stage as one of the first technical hires, working directly with the CTO.
Build and ship product features from scratch to production
Design and implement end-to-end AI workflows (LLMs, agents, automation)
Work across the full stack (backend, frontend, infra, data)
Integrate with client systems and orchestrate complex data flows
Contribute to core architectural decisions in a zero-legacy environment
Iterate fast and take ownership of product scope
Profile
1–7 years of experience
Strong fullstack engineering skills (backend + frontend + systems thinking)
Previous experience in startup environments or entrepreneurial projects
Proven ability to build and launch products from scratch
High autonomy and strong ownership mindset
Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Must-have
Experience building real-world applications involving AI
Hands-on work with LLMs, agents, or end-to-end AI workflows
Ability to move from prototype to production systems
