Pardgroup France, a leading company specialised in Field Marketing, Global Retail Solutions, and the creation and refurbishment of French and international luxury boutiques, is looking to strengthen its team by recruiting a new Finance and Administration Assistant based in Paris.
- Support daily finance and admin operations: PO creation, invoicing, payment follow‑up;

Coordinate with external accountants to ensure regulatory compliance, preparation of monthly and annual financial documentation;

Administrate mySilae for payroll management;

Manage and maintain administrative documents (contracts, insurance, attestations);

Review client contracts, NDAs, and tender documents for procedural accuracy;

Assist to the General Manager and support to the Project Management team for administrative needs, supplier documentation, and preliminary cost estimates;

Collaborate with suppliers and external accounting/legal partners.
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

BTS Comptabilité et Gestion or equivalent in Finance/Administration.

Minimum 3 years of experience in finance and admin;

Strong knowledge of French accountancy and legal framework;
-
General knowledge of French labor law, particularly its administrative aspects;

Fluency in French and English;

Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and ability to manage documentation.
Nice to have:

Previous experience in retail, construction, or architecture companies

Experience on the Dynamics Software
