JBT Marel is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Spare Parts Coordinator to join our team in Baud, France .
In this role, you will be responsible for managing spare parts requests, quotations, and order fulfilment, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience. You will act as a key link between customers, service teams, and the internal supply chain to guarantee timely delivery and high service levels.

What you’ll be doing
Receive and process spare parts requests, including quotations, orders, returns, and delivery or pricing inquiries.
Manage and follow up on all spare parts requests through to completion, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare and track quotations, maintaining clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate with supply chain teams regarding availability, lead times, and delivery performance.
Escalate and resolve issues that may impact service levels or customer expectations.
Support forecasting and demand planning by providing relevant spare parts data and insights.
Plan and prepare spare parts packages for planned maintenance activities in collaboration with service teams.

Experience & Qualifications
Education in Business Administration, Logistics, Customer Service, or a related field .
Experience in a spare parts, service, logistics, or sales support environment is preferred.
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) , particularly in sales and warehouse processes.
Understanding of spare parts handling, order processing, and supply chain operations.
Experience working in a customer-facing role.
Strong English communication skills , both written and verbal (French is required for the local environment).
Experience working in an international or multicultural organisation is an advantage.
