Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role

Provide sales support, ensure design-wins, business-wins, generate revenue, leads and new business opportunities for assigned customers/region in Aerospace and Defense

Grow and strengthen customer relationships with key stakeholders in engineering, procurement, operations, program management, quality, and up to C-level executives.

Lead and drive targeted activities supporting the development of key Aerospace and Defense accounts, working closely with internal and external stakeholders

Comprehensive understanding of Infineon’s portfolio & technology to drive long-term alignment with strategic partners

Understand customer systems and requirements to enable Infineon system solutions and value proposition to meet customer needs
-
Execute and grow new revenue-generating business opportunities; maintain sales pipeline & drive monthly forecasts to support internal operational planning

Manage the customer design cycles from beginning to end, including pricing, engineering & customer EOL management, contract & value chain complexities

Understand the customers' ecosystem (end customers, market, design partners)

Collaborate with customers and internal teams to identify trends and shape system requirements. Help shape the future of defense electronics through cutting-edge system solutions and application approaches. Contribute to customer success through presentations, training, and proactive support.

Degree preferably in Electrical Engineering

Extensive customer-facing experience requires
-
5+ years’ experience in semiconductor sales account management with a general understanding of Semiconductor and Infineon Portfolio
-
Strong understanding of key account development and strategic selling skills
-
High integrity with a personal commitment to excellence, a positive attitude, and an entrepreneurial thinker with excellent judgment when making decisions.
-
Team player with problem-solving skills and ability to solve difficult challenges as necessary to drive results.
-
Experience in Aerospace, Defense, and High Reliability market trends and customers as a plus
-
Ability to travel extensively within Europe

Fluency in English
