- Strategic Product & Portfolio Leadership: Own and drive the European Display product strategy across plastic, paper, and composite sheets. Manage and optimize the product portfolio across key vertical markets, lead long-term portfolio planning, and steer material transitions, product updates, and end-of-life decisions based on market, performance, and regulatory insights. Lead, develop and inspire our PM and Marketing teams.

Innovation & New Product Development: Define and execute the innovation roadmap based on customer needs and market pull. Drive new material and application development with strong focus on performance, durability, and sustainability. Identify and prioritize new business opportunities and collaborate closely with R&D on concept development, testing, and validation.

Go-to-Market & Commercial Execution: Lead product positioning, pricing, launches, and promotions. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and marketing campaigns. Provide product support tools and enable sales and service teams with trainings, demos, and market-facing materials.

Cross-Functional & Market Engagement: Act as the key interface between sales, R&D, operations, supply chain, sustainability, and leadership. Support key accounts with technical and market expertise, lead market development initiatives, engage with customers and industry partners.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field

Several years of experience in product management, portfolio strategy, or business development, ideally in sheet materials or related industries

Proven track record in developing and executing strategic product roadmaps across multiple vertical markets

Solid understanding of regulatory and sustainability requirements in materials-driven industries

Experience leading direct reports and cross-functional teams without formal authority

Strong analytical, financial, communication, and project management skills

Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset
