Assistant Site Manager (F/H) - THERMI LOIRE

As part of our expansion, we are looking for a Site Management Assistant for our plant specializing in the heat treatment of high value-added metal parts. Our site is recognized for its know-how, its high quality standards, and its ability to meet the needs of demanding sectors such as aeronautics, automotive and energy.
Your main tasks:
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will work alongside him/her to optimize industrial performance and site operations. Your responsibilities will include :
Provide direct support to site management in the operational management of the various departments, and deputise in the absence of management.
Managing quality in our IATF 16949, EN 9100 and NADCAP environment
Take an active part in the continuous improvement and performance enhancement of the site
Support teams in organizing and improving the reliability of existing processes, in particular laboratory, logistics and pyrometry.
Over a period of 2 to 3 years, and with a gradual increase in responsibility, the missions are intended to evolve towards a position as Site Manager.
Profile required:
Engineer specializing in materials, metallurgy or mechanics
Proven experience in an industrial environment, ideally in heat treatment or metallurgy
Leadership, rigor, a sense of priorities and a taste for the field
Mastery of management tools (ERP, Excel, performance indicators)
Knowledge of demanding quality standards: aeronautics, nuclear, automotive.
