As Area Sales Manager your mission is to grow ELO’s presence across the retail, healthcare, hospitality, and industrial sectors in the DACH region.
You will actively generate new business and provide a full range of market-leading portfolio such as point of sales (POS), self-checkout and price checking solutions for every customer.
Job Purpose & Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day customer interactions, including quotes, pricing requests, and demo/sample units.

Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and obtain business requirements.

Meet regional sales objectives by forecasting volume requirements, documenting projects inSalesforce.com, and guiding sales motions from identification through close.

Develop and execute a regional growth plan, including revenue targets and partner development.

Promote company programs such as demo programs, marketing campaigns, training, and incentives.

Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections.

Recruit new ISV to strengthen market coverage.

Conduct focused QBRs with distributors and resellers, reviewing pipeline and run-rate performance.?

Provide partners with the necessary tools, pricing, materials, and demo units to drive SMB growth.?
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent experience.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar commercial role

Proven track record in consultative selling, ideally in the point-of- sales market.

Demonstrable knowledge of channel structures and partners across the region.

Excellent command of written and spoken French and English

Experience in selling both Windows and Android based solutions.

Experience in the IT hardware, retail technology, or similar industry is a strong plus.

Experience working with CRM tools (SalesForce.com is a plus)
