Overview:
Good News, we are hiring in France a Solution Engineering in France. The Solution Engineer will interact with our customers and partners across EMEA with a focus on France for IGA Product. This role will require you to provide product demonstrations, support the sales team on calls, work on proof of concepts, do presentations and travel to customers and/or partners as necessary.
The Solution Engineer will work alongside their colleagues, participate in further strengthening our team culture and support the sales team to create solutions for prospects and customers. The Solution Engineer will act as a trusted advisor to our customers while aiding the customer’s transformational journey.
To accomplish this, you should have a strong desire to set the vision, translating business objectives into enticing and actionable recommendations
Responsibilities:
Lead the technical elements within the sales cycle. This may include being part of the design, delivery and support of a technical proof of concept; creating technical proposals; responding to RFP/RFIs/Security Questionnaires/Technical Response Documents; attending sales meetings; leading workshops and providing technical expertise to demonstrate the One Identity products as an SME.
Collaborate with Product Management to provide consistent and actionable feedback based on customer interactions. You must be able to communicate effectively with Support, Engineering, Product Managers, Product Marketing Managers, Sales, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Experience deploying, managing and configuring SaaS, Hybrid and On-Premise solutions within the IAM space (e.g. Sailpoint, Saviynt, Cyberark, Okta, JumpCloud).
Familiar with core web technologies: Ruby on Rails, Angular, Python, PHP, HTML/CSS, REST, and others
