As part of the newly launched L’Atelier of The Estée Lauder Companies, the Graphic & Product Design Intern will contribute to the creation of forward-thinking fragrance and beauty experiences, supporting the team in developing the visual language, creative toolkits, and product design systems that bring innovation to life.
Working closely with the Fragrance Innovation team, the intern will:
- Assist in the creation of 2D and 3D assets, toolkits, and visual frameworks that communicate innovation concepts across internal and external audiences.
- Participate in concept development and ideation, supporting the translation of strategic insights into visual narratives through sketches, prototypes, and storyboards.
- Contribute to the creation of design briefs that define project intent, visual direction, and deliverables for internal and partner teams.
- Support the development of 3D models and CAD renderings for products, packaging, or experiences.
- Help document and organize design systems, creative guidelines, and toolkits to ensure consistency and scalability across projects.
- Develop the visual identity of internal documents and communication tools, including presentation templates, newsletters, and digital resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in design, marketing, and R&D to bring creative ideas to life across diverse mediums.
- Participate in the preparation of materials for co-creation workshops, innovation sprints, and brand immersions, helping express L’Atelier’s creative vision.
