The role
As a People & Culture Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and high-quality employee experience across the full employee lifecycle. You will be responsible for end-to-end P&C operational processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent service to employees and stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, service-driven, and comfortable working with HR systems and data in a fast-paced, international environment.
Employee Lifecycle Management

Manage end-to-end onboarding processes, including pre-boarding activities (offer letter preparation, background checks) and onboarding activities (orientation and training coordination).

Oversee offboarding processes, including managing documentation and conducting or coordinating exit interviews.
HR Operations & Data Management

Maintain and manage employee data, ensuring accuracy and completeness in HRIS systems.

Prepare and manage HR documentation in line with local policies and compliance requirements.

Ensure the employee knowledge base and self-service content are accurate and up to date.
Payroll & Compensation Support

Prepare and validate payroll-related data, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments.

Manage salary change operations and coordinate with payroll providers and internal stakeholders.

Support payroll vendor relationships and resolve payroll-related queries.
Benefits & Employee Support

Administer employee benefits programs, including communication of benefits and handling employee inquiries.

Act as a first point of contact for employee questions, delivering a high standard of customer service.
Reporting, Surveys & Quality Control

Support performance management processes, including reporting and data quality checks.

Coordinate employee satisfaction surveys, collect and analyze data, and contribute to actionable insights for continuous improvement.
What we need to see from you

Solid knowledge of HR / People & Culture operations

Strong experience working with HRIS systems and employee data (Workday)

Excellent attention to detail and high standards of data accuracy

Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset

Analytical skills with the ability to interpret and report on HR data

Strong time management and prioritization abilities

Good understanding of compliance and HR policies
