Your Missions
As a Store Manager, you will be an integral part of the Subdued family and, thanks to your leadership, dynamism, and professionalism, you will ensure the smooth operation of the store and the development of your team. Being a Store Manager at Subdued is much more than managing a point of sale: you will motivate the team, optimize sales, and guarantee an impeccable customer experience on a daily basis.
Team Leader

Supervise, train, and support the team on a daily basis.

Develop schedules and monthly plans and organize the integration of new employees.

Identify training needs, develop skills, and promote professional growth.

Foster a positive team climate, open communication, and a culture of constructive feedback.
Brand Ambassador

Communicate the Subdued universe and brand values to customers and the team.

Guarantee a personalized and memorable customer experience at every visit.

Ensure the store's image (merchandising, presentation, organization, atmosphere).

Preserve and strengthen the Subdued culture within the store.
Store Contributor
-
Participate in receiving, checking, and assorting merchandise.

Ensure the organization and cleanliness of sales areas and storage.

Contribute to revenue development through teamwork.

Monitor the store's sales results (revenue, key performance indicators, objectives).

Structure and prioritize daily tasks to keep the store organized, attractive, and operational.

Ensure proper application of internal procedures and service standards.

Manage complex situations (after-sales, complaints, disputes) and find suitable solutions.
Your Profile
A first experience of at least 6 months in a similar position is required. Curious, proactive, and passionate about style, you enjoy working in a team and pushing yourself every day.
