The Hotel Grangettes is currently hiring for an Operations Manager. We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and responsible individual to join and lead our team.
The objective of the Hotel Operations Manager role is to ensure that the hotel guest experience always meets or exceeds expectations. This is done by ensuring that the hotel operations deliver the “hotel standards and services agreement”, and operate effectively efficiently and within budget.
Hotel Operations Manager will be accountable for the operational management of the Hotel Grangettes. This operational accountability will primarily cover guest reception (i.e. check in / check out), hotel bar and restaurant, house keeping, preparation and set-up for both the winter and the summer season, day to day hotel management and operational staff management.
The role will also include involvement in the sales process, to understand the process and to able to support the commercial manager when required in maximising sales of hotel rooms.
The Operations manager will be accountable for ensuring the hotel fulfils all obligations as laid out in the “hotel standards and services agreement” and that it meets all company and legal standards. Creating a comfortable and safe environment for our guests to relax in.
