314 International School is a new French-English bilingual international school located in Orsay, at the heart of the Paris-Saclay innovation hub. The school welcomes children aged 2 to 12 years old.
As part of its opening, the school is seeking an English-speaking Primary Teacher to join its teaching team from August 2026.
Responsibilities
- Teaching primary-aged students in English
- Delivering all subjects in English, alternating with a French-speaking teacher (every other day)
- Planning lessons and monitoring student progress
- Contributing to the educational life of the school
- Participating in staff meetings, parent conferences, and school events
Candidate Profile
- Native English speaker or minimum C2 level in English (TOEFL-certified)
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Teaching, or a related field (or equivalent qualification)
- Proven experience teaching at primary school level
- Strong knowledge of flexible learning environments and flexible classroom practices
- Interest in active learning methodologies and bilingual education
- Interest in mathematics and science is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills, kindness, and team spirit
Contract & Benefits
- Full-time permanent contract (CDI equivalent)
- 1,534 annual working hours spread over 41 working weeks
- Occasional participation in parent meetings, open days, educational events, and school trips
- Salary: €2,200 to €2,500 gross per month, depending on experience
