At least five years’ experience in project management

You will lead and oversee the roll‑out of the new organisational model.

Contribute to shaping the overall standalone organisational model for NW&PB, as well as external Back Office support
-
Define and steer governance throughout the transition period, including TSAs (Transitionary Service Agreements) and LTAs (Long Term Agreements)
-
Deliver the implementation of the new standalone structure, ensuring a smooth, uninterrupted transition from the current organisation
-
Establish and apply organisational governance and LEAN working practices
-
Track and report transformation outcomes and ROI using advanced analytics and KPIs
-
Proactively identify and mitigate risks thanks to strong oversight of risk management and compliance
-
Extensive experience in project management and change management

Knowledge of holistic ROI measurement within large‑scale transformation programmes

Strong analytical capabilities, including data analysis, dashboard creation and KPI development
-
Experience in organisational design
-
Able to influence effectively at every level of the organisation; collaborative, humble and agile
-
Excellent ability to prioritise and resolve complex issues in dynamic environments

Fluent English
