- Validation du besoin outillage avec équipe méthode
- Gestion d’un stock mini d’outillages et consommables pour les urgences de dernière minute.
- Préparation des commandes :
Consultation auprès des principaux fournisseurs connus au panel pour les outillages spécifiques
Achat d’outillages et de produits consommables sur ARIBA + entrée marchandises
Création de gamme type pour réalisation des outillages en ilot
- Récupération des outillages et préparation des expéditions, identification sur chaque Kit des outillages. Rédaction de la livraison sortante avec annexe à bordereau. Mise à jour des fichiers de suivi des approvisionnements et de TMS
- Réintégration des retours de chantiers
Gestion des Outillages EDME et GMAO
- Noria des outillages mécaniques et électriques des sites SAV pour contrôle périodique.
Suivi des dates de validité des outillages mécaniques et électriques, identification et localisation
