You will join the Fees & Payment team as a Back Office Manager within a team of 11 collaborators, part of the Trade Finance Operations – Guarantees, Fees & Payments department, which includes a total of 28 people.
Joining the Fees & Payment team means participating in supporting Natixis clients in their guarantee operations by primarily processing commissions and other flows related to these operations.
In your daily tasks, you will be responsible for:
- Invoicing our clients for commissions related to operations, ensuring their proper receipt and accounting within the given deadlines;
- Paying our counterparties for the commissions due;
- Handling accounting suspense items (daily justification and resolution);
- Reporting operational risks and client complaints to your manager whenever necessary;
- Participating in the continuous improvement of our processes.
You will provide support to the teams responsible for guarantee production. You will participate in the deployment of digitalization tools and contribute to IT projects impacting your activities.
