MISSIONS
As a member of the recently pooled sales team in our photonics business unit, you will generate sales by promoting all the activities, technologies and applications implemented in the BU's 3 plants, and by providing technical solutions tailored to your customers' needs. In this context, your missions will focus on the following areas:
Prospect new markets and develop your customer portfolio, taking into account the guidelines recommended by the Product teams.
Support your prospects/customers from the search for technical solutions through to production launch, drawing on all the Group's resources (R&D, Product, etc.).
Participate in new customer projects: costing, bid preparation and follow-up
Negotiate sales proposals (price, lead time, technical solution, quality, etc.) and close the sale.
Meet prospects and customers on a regular basis to maintain commercial relations (monitoring development prospects, serial life follow-up, etc.).
Carry out quantitative and qualitative follow-up of prospecting and sales actions: visit report, sales follow-up file ....
Gather market information, identify new applications and participate in their development in collaboration with the Product teams.
Contribute to raising the profile of the Group's expertise by taking part in professional events (presentations, trade shows, etc.).
PROFILE
With a 2 to 5-year higher education diploma specializing in optics/photonics, you will have gained initial successful experience in a predominantly technical and commercial position, acquired in a highly technical industrial environment.
You are recognized for your interpersonal skills and your results orientation.
Fluency in English would be a plus.
