At International School 33, and due to a maternity leave, we are looking to recruit a primary teacher, for a part-time position (working only Tuesdays and Fridays - or Mondays and Thursdays) in our international school to support our team. IB trained or willing to being trained.
Small size classes (no more than 20 students)
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that are engaging, relevant, and challenging to students of all abilities.
- Develop and maintain effective classroom management strategies that promote a positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with other teachers, support staff, and parents to support student learning and progress.
- Use a variety of assessment strategies to monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the school's IB curriculum.
- Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions, and other school-related events as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and students.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
