Overall Mission
As a Senior Project Manager, you are accountable for the successful delivery of development and maintenance projects supporting Fuel Services contracts.
You ensure project execution meets quality, cost, and schedule objectives, while coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining strong alignment with client requirements.
This role combines project leadership, contract execution, team coordination, and operational performance management in a demanding industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans and establish planning and cost baselines.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, procurement, suppliers, project control).
- Interpret and communicate contractual and project requirements, including changes, to all stakeholders.
- Manage change control processes and ensure alignment across teams.
- Support and develop project team members through coaching, mentoring, and guidance.
- Ensure adherence to schedules and budget targets through efficient execution.
- Monitor and communicate project progress and financial performance to management.
- Manage and resolve contractual discrepancies with clients in collaboration with the Contract Manager.
- Maintain project systems, databases, and documentation to ensure accurate reporting and traceability.
- Conduct final project evaluations, including quality assessment, lessons learned, and improvement actions.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for current and future projects.

- Deliver projects in full compliance with contractual, financial, and operational commitments.
- Ensure alignment between project execution and client expectations.
- Maintain control over costs, timelines, risks, and resources.
- Drive project performance through proactive monitoring and issue resolution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement through feedback, lessons learned, and best practices.
Working Relationships
Reporting to the Operations Manager – Fuel Services, the position is based in Villejust and works closely with:
- Engineering teams
- Quality specialists
- Procurement and suppliers
- Project controllers
- Contract management teams
- Internal stakeholders and clients
The role requires regular interaction with both internal teams and external clients, including managing expectations and resolving complex issues.
Profile
- Engineering degree or equivalent.
- 8–12+ years of experience in project management within industrial, engineering, or technical environments.
- Proven experience delivering complex projects with contractual constraints.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, cost control, and scheduling.
- Experience in contract management and client interaction.
- Ability to manage cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in nuclear or highly regulated environments is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English required.
