We are looking for a motivated and organized Stewarding Attendant to join our team at the Plaza Premium Group VIP Lounges located at Nice Airport.
As a Stewarding Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and service areas, ensuring that all equipment, utensils, and workspaces are clean, organized, and ready for operations. You will contribute to maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards within a dynamic hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, and work areas
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards
- Maintain kitchen and storage areas clean, organized, and functional
- Support kitchen operations by ensuring equipment and supplies are available when needed
- Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and according to procedures
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in stewarding, kitchen cleaning, or hospitality operations is an advantage
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong team spirit
