Your passion – our daily business

You will provide executive support to the management team, including the coordination of a complex agenda, the organization of strategic files, and acting as a key interface with headquarters and group partners.
- You will handle administrative management and reporting, including the preparation of activity reports for management and the group, monitoring performance indicators, and ensuring rigorous follow-up of supplier files.
- You will act as an international interface, managing daily communications with sites and suppliers in Spain, and ensuring accurate and timely transmission of information.
- You will support commercial activities by following up on prospects and clients, conducting sales follow-ups, managing opportunities, and coordinating commercial files, as well as preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
- You will coordinate logistics and transport operations by liaising with carriers, monitoring goods flows, and resolving logistical issues in real time to ensure operational continuity.
