À propos du poste:
Dans le cadre de notre développement, on renforce notre équipe Customer Service avec un nouveau Technien formateur logiciel. Tu oueras un rôle crucial dans la satisfaction des clients en installant les systèmes de caisse chez nos clients et en les formant aux fonctionnalités, en présentiel et distanciel sur le périmètre France.
Tes missions principales:
Gérer les problèmes techniques rencontrés par nos clients en répondant à leurs demandes de support par téléphone, e-mail ou WhatsApp
Contribuer à l’évolution du produit en remontant les pistes d’amélioration identifiées
Etre le garant de la bonne qualité de service perçue par nos clients
Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes techniques des caisses enregistreuses
Effectuer les réparations et les entretiens réguliers des équipements
Assurer un suivi régulier des interventions et des maintenances
Documenter les interventions et les solutions apportées
Installation, et formation:
Installer les caisses enregistreuses chez les clients
Configurer les systèmes selon les spécifications et les besoins des clients
Former les clients à l’utilisation des équipements installés
Profil recherché:
Minimum de 1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans le secteur des équipements électroniques ou des systèmes de point de vente
Bac+2 en électronique, informatique, gestion ou équivalent
Connaissances en systèmes de caisses enregistreuses seraient un plus
Connaissances en réseau et informatique
Maîtrise des outils de diagnostic et de maintenance
Excellentes compétences en communication et en relation client, pédagogie
Capacité à gérer des situations de stress et des conflits
Aptitude à travailler en équipe et à interagir avec les techniciens, les commerciaux, les développeurs et les installateurs
