WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ENTHUSIASTIC JUNIOR DESIGNER TO JOIN OUR CREATIVE TEAM.
Beauty & Fashion accessories (cosmetics, packaging, toiletries, gift sets, beauty tools, pouches and small fashion accessories)
We are specialists in design, product development, sourcing, sustainability and production. We offer an end-to-end solution for both brands & retailers. We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Creative Team as a Junior Designer.
ROLE
Working under the guidance of the Senior Designer, receiving daily briefs from the Trend & Innovation Managers, and collaborating closely with the French Sales Team to develop and refine product concepts. This role offers hands-on experience across trend research, graphic design, product development, and packaging creation within an international environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
♦ Conduct trend, competitor and product research both online and in-store.
♦ Support the Creative Team with customer insight research tailored to the French market.
♦ Develop mood boards and trend presentations to inspire product development.
♦ Collaborate closely with the Senior Designer and international teams on product development.
♦ Create graphic designs, prints and packaging artwork using Adobe Illustrator.
♦ Prepare technical files and artworks for sample development.
♦ Support the preparation of customer presentations and collection showcases.
♦ Assist with creative photoshoots for social media and sales content.
REQUIREMENTS
♦ Diploma in graphic / product / fashion design or related discipline.
♦ Strong skills in Photoshop & Illustrator, creating graphic patterns and prints.
♦ Deep enthusiasm for the beauty world and packaging creation.
♦ Ability to multi-task and remain accurate whilst under pressure; attention to details is essential.
♦ Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
♦ Proficiency in both French and English is a must.
