Your missions :
Role Purpose
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Global Demand Planning team. In this role, you will be the key analytical partner to the Global Demand Planning Manager, responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving forecast performance across regions and franchise. You will turn complex data into actionable insights to drive forecast accuracy, bias reduction, and demand planning excellence.
Forecast Performance Analysis
Track, measure, and report global forecast performance metrics (e.g., forecast accuracy, bias, forecast data management).
Identify root causes of forecast errors and bias across different Ceesa, markets, and time horizons.
Support monthly forecast review processes with data-driven insights and recommendations.
Data Management & Integration
Ensure data quality, consistency, and completeness for global demand planning analysis.
Maintain dashboards (Power BI) to visualize forecast performance at global, regional, and SKU levels.
Reporting & Stakeholder Support
Prepare regular and ad-hoc analytical reports to support decision-making.
Collaborate with demand planners to validate forecast assumptions and understand variances.
Support to present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders, highlighting areas of opportunity and risk.
Process Improvement
Assist in the implementation of statistical forecasting models and performance tracking tools.
Automate recurring reports and data extraction processes to improve efficiency.
Propose improvements to forecasting KPIs and analytical methodologies.
Your profile :
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in demand planning, supply chain, or sales forecasting.
Advanced Excel skills
Experience with one or more visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
Solid understanding of forecasting metrics (MAPE, bias, etc.) and forecast performance analysis.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills in both French & English (written and spoken).
