LIPOFABRIK is the Group’s R&D Division, dedicated to the development of innovative, high-performing, and sustainable biosolutions.
Our teams design value-added biocontrol and biostimulants, leveraging expertise in microbiology, physicochemistry, fermentation, purification, advanced formulation, and product field development for integration in real farm systems.
To strengthen our innovation momentum, we are recruiting a: LAB TECHNICIAN – QUALITY CONTROL (M/F)
You will play a key role in product testing and release and are therefore a cornerstone of our commitment to delivering quality products to our customers.
You will report to the Formulation and Quality Control Engineer and be fully integrated into our hybrid team, covering both R&D and commercial production, ISO 9001 certified. You are responsible for quality control of products manufactured on-site, outsourced or for product quality questions coming from our customers. You are a key contributor to the day-to-day life lab activities, including taking responsibility for essential technical equipment.
Your main responsibilities
Carry out quality control tests on production batches (commercial products and products under development)
Perform sample testing based on customer feedback (supporting sales and marketing)
Laboratory operations
Prepare the media, materials, consumables, and solutions.
Diligent sample management, storage and traceability.
Manage and maintain the micro-organism collection of the company
Ensure daily monitoring and maintenance of essential laboratory equipment.
Committed to good laboratory practices (not GLP) and safety rules.
Accurately record and update test results using digital tools (eLN).
Guarantee the reliability, quality, and traceability of generated data.
You are comfortable working in a laboratory and under sterile conditions, and enjoy tackling technical challenges within a passionate and committed team.

You have already demonstrated your ability to conduct reliable experiments, follow rigorous scientific protocols, and apply critical thinking when analyzing results.

With excellent organizational skills and a high level of reliability, you can anticipate laboratory needs, follow protocols accurately, and communicate your results effectively.
Curious, rigorous, and customer-oriented, you can adapt quickly, take relevant initiative, and actively contribute to the collective momentum of the LIPOFABRIK site.
You hold a Bachelor’s degree (BUT), or equivalent qualification in quality, analytical chemistry, physicochemistry, microbiology, or biotechnology, and ideally have initial experience in quality control.
You are skilled in sterile-environment handling and naturally apply good laboratory practices.
You are comfortable with digital tools and data recording.
You are fluent in French, and professional proficiency in English is a plus for working in a multicultural scientific environment.
Knowledge of physicochemistry, analytical chemistry, or microbiology techniques is an additional asset for success in this role, as is initial experience in an ISO 9001-certified environment.
