Ensure compliance to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), verification and validation of ICP in laboratory.

Develop and maintain competencies on Laboratory skill for factory personnel in all levels & set up training plans.

Set up, manage, enforce, and maintain Net content control standard following requirement of selling market.

Set up, manage, enforce, and maintain Sensory standard following Nestlé requirement.
-
Support Food Safety standard: FSSC 22000, GMP, HACCP, & ISO 9001 for factory.

Support the internal audit program, assessing the performance of all standard, reporting its effectiveness to the management and propose actions for improvement.
-
Experience incoming raw material inspection, supplier audit, release product approval, QA front line process, etc.

Lead / drive for improvement of hygiene, GMP and food safety program.
-
Ensure compliance, support relevant function to verifies and ensure that processes to guaranty regulatory and compliance management are in place for all products.

Be QA contact point on with third parties laboratory and government laboratory.

Be a food safety team member, escalate food safety risk with proposed actions.

Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry related fields.

Minimum 5 years of experience in QA field related to food manufacturing.

Good English and Thai communication skills.

Good knowledge of GLP, GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, Food Safety & Quality Management Systems.

Service minded, work well under pressure with minimum supervision.

Good project management skills.

Good negotiation, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work cross functional.
