Founded in 2016, PhantomBuster developed a toolbox of over 120 flows (Phantoms) to help businesses scale their sales and marketing processes. We allow our users to automate finding and enriching data about their potential customers and leverage that data to connect with them.
We’re looking for experienced Full-Stack Engineers to join one of our product squads and help accelerate the development of our next AI-driven products.
We’re looking for strong engineers who can contribute across the stack, participate in technical and architectural discussions, and help the team move fast in a complex and evolving environment.
You’ll work on product features, conversational systems, internal AI tooling and architecture-related topics alongside a small, highly collaborative team.

This squad is responsible for building the AI orchestration layer powering our future products and agents.
The team works on:
- autonomous agents,
- conversational workflows,
- LLM-driven automation systems,
- internal AI tooling,
- and the progressive replacement of legacy “phantoms” with intelligent agent-based systems.
The squad also owns critical reliability and trust layers around AI systems: reasoning systems, AI tools, evaluation frameworks and quality monitoring.
One of the team’s recent focuses has been making agents trustworthy enough to ship at scale through evaluation pipelines and automated quality controls integrated into engineering workflows.
This is a highly product-oriented and experimental environment where engineers contribute directly to both implementation and technical direction.
- Build and ship product features end-to-end
- Work across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases
- Develop interfaces and workflows using TypeScript, Node
- Contribute to agentic system
- Participate in architecture and technical design discussions
- Provide technical feedback and help shape implementation decisions
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams
- Improve internal developer tooling and platform reliability
- Contribute to rapid product experimentation and iteration

- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong Full-Stack engineering skills: agentic AI, UX, nodeJS, TS (AWS as a plus)
- Comfortable working on backend systems and databases
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to contribute to technical and architectural discussions
- Product-oriented mindset with high ownership
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments
- Startup or product-company experience is a strong plus
- Interest in AI systems, tooling, or conversational interfaces is a plus
You quickly integrate into the squad, contribute to shipping product features, and help the team
progress on both implementation and technical decision-making. You are pragmatic, collaborative, technically strong, and comfortable navigating evolving product and architecture discussions.
