JOB PURPOSE
Configure les moyens de test, garantit la validité des essais réalisés et maitrise l'utilisation des outils de post-traitement et d'analyse.
Met en oeuvre les mises à jour et les améliorations des bases de données de tests et de parametrages des moyens.
Propose des améliorations pour les outils de post-traitement et des moyens.
Assure la délègation de la planification des tests BAR/PEMS et des interventions.
Assure une fonction experte en support des demandeurs d’essai et des techniciens d’essai.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
BTS MTE expérimenté
Essais bancs à rouleaux (BAR) et émissions véhicule (PEMS):
- Coordination : Interagit avec le responsable de pôle et les demandeurs pour les mises à jour de planning de test et les actions d'amélioration.
- Moyens d'essais: Gère les configurations des moyens d'essais (Configuration PEMS, création tests PEMS, ajout et modification de cycles BAR,...). Valide des nouvelles fonctions sur les moyens
- Réalisation d'essai : Réalise l'essai au besoin et assure la validité de l'ensemble des données de sorties (signaux bruts, cohérence des résultats, ...)
- Rapport d'essai : Construit et diffuse les rapports des essais réalisés par les techniciens d'essai avec une analyse approfondie des données de sortie BAR/PEMS. Assure l'étape de validation des essais réalisés sur le logiciel dédié.
Maitrise les outils de post-traitement et d'analyse. Propose des améliorations à l'équipe pour intégration aux outils et remonte les disfonctionnement apres analyse.
- Construit et diffuse un rapport d'essais ou d'étude d'une problématique banc à rouleaux/PEMS
- Assure la délègation de la planification des tests BAR/PEMS et des interventions plannifiées en cas d'absence du responsable de pôle.
Suivi moyens:
- Diag : Maitrise et comprend les process de tests et de generation des données associées sur les moyens de son secteur.
- Suivi des moyens : Centralise et contrôle les données de suivi des moyens d'essai. Réalise ou fait réaliser des outils de suivi et d'analyses des données de suivi.
- Etalonnage : Définit au besoin le processus d'étalonnage en collaboration avec l'équipe dédiée (gamme, fréquentiel, étalons, ...). Peut réaliser l'étalonnage du banc.
Amélioration continue/processus :
- Propose, formalise et participe à la mise en oeuvre des projets d'amélioration des moyens, d'essais ou d'outils numériques en collaboration avec l'équipe dédiée. S'assure de la validation des résultats des nouveaux essais/moyens.
- Construit les modes opératoires BAR et PEMS et les officialise dans la base documentaire avec le responsable de pôle.
Interactions:
- Assure la formation des conducteurs de moyen d'essais
- Supporte les techniciens d'essai dans la réalisation des essais, les diagnostics en cas de dysfonctionnements et l'analyse des résultats d'essais.
- Supporte les demandeurs d'essais dans la définition des nouveaux essais, la compréhension du moyen, l'analyse des données et leurs post-traitement.
- Participe à la transversalisation des solutions techniques des moyens d'essais entre les pôles de l'UAE. Met à jour la librairie d'essais.
- Traite directement avec les équipes support et demandeurs d'essais internes dans le cadre de développement d’essais ou d'outils. Remonte et formalise les demandes à l'équipe M&D.
