Our Business Solutions in France team is looking for an ERP Consultant.
The Business Solutions team is composed of business experts in the main functional areas as well as competent developers who are involved in the community. We are structured in self-organized, goal-oriented teams. Our motto is "Excellence, together": we aim to work in synergy with our customers, in a spirit of collaboration and quality.
Our ERP is called Odoo. Since 2006, camptocamp is the first official "Gold" Odoo partner and is strongly involved in the Odoo community, especially through the Odoo Community Association (OCA) of which camptocamp is a founding and very active member.

“As an ERP Consultant with a flair for pre-sales, you’ll be right in the action: helping clients imagine what’s possible with Odoo! You’ll dive into their challenges, design smart, tailored solutions, and show them how technology can transform the way they work. You’ll collaborate closely with both clients and our technical teams, bringing ideas to life and making a real impact. Every project is a chance to learn, create, and make things happen together!”
In the pre-sales phase:
- You gather and analyze client requirements in order to prepare commercial proposals.
- You prepare impactful client demonstrations.
- You take part in marketing activities with the rest of the team.
- You attend events (Odoo Roadshow, IT trade shows, etc.) 3–4 times a year.
During implementation phase:
- You support our customers in the implementation of their Odoo ERP solution, mainly in the areas of Supply Chain, eCommerce, Finance, or Logistics.
- You analyze, document, and translate business needs into actionable plans to ensure the successful delivery of ERP projects.
- You work closely with our developers to best address our clients’ needs.
- You write specifications for custom developments.
- You test features and present them to our clients.
- You support and train end users.
- You're not afraid to challenge client requests to offer them the most suitable solutions.
- You play a key role in driving change management and supporting our clients in transforming their processes.
After the project, during the support phase:
