Le/La Technicien(ne) de Laboratoire effectue les tests et analyses de contrôle qualité en assurant leur traçabilité, en exprime les résultats conformément aux méthodologies appliquées, afin d'assurer la qualité et la conformité des productions de l'usine. À ce titre vous :
Mettez en œuvre les analyses microbiologiques pour la recherche de contaminants dans le respect des procédures et des plannings.
Mettez en œuvre les méthodes dénombrements afin de déterminer la concentration microbienne des produits testés.
Effectuez les analyses et mesure physico-chimiques des produits
Exprimez, interprétez et enregistrez les résultats d'analyse
Préparez les inocula pour la fermentation à grande échelle, selon le planning de production
Assurez le suivi du cycle de vie des souches.
Participez à la mise en place de nouvelles méthodes, technologies
Transmettez les consignes entre équipe
Required
- Bac+2+3 dans le domaine des biotechnologies, des analyses microbiologiques avec une première expérience réussie en laboratoire.
