Role Mission
As Europe Product Coordinator, you own the operational layer that keeps UJV's European hotel and ground portfolio live, accurate, and growing. That means contract renewals, rate grid integrity, partner onboarding, and hands-on support for the PD Manager — without needing to be managed. You bring real knowledge of the European travel landscape: the hotels, the DMCs, the wholesalers. You're equally comfortable in Excel and on a vendor call. If you need a task list to stay productive, this role is not for you.
Key Responsibilities
-
Regional Coordination: Serve as the day-to-day operational contact for European hotel and ground partners. Manage partner and internal sales interactions, ensuring product accuracy and issue resolution without bottlenecking the PD Manager.
-
Hotel & Destination Onboarding: Lead the administrative and operational onboarding of new hotel properties into the UJV portfolio. Assist in launching new European destinations by coordinating contracts, rates, descriptions, and media assets.
-
Ground Services Expansion: Support the growth of curated ground services — including private tours, transfers, and bespoke experiences. Source and evaluate providers in coordination with the PD Manager, with an eye toward quality-to-margin fit.
-
Rate Grid & SR Maintenance: Own CSV and Excel rate grid management for ground product. Maintain system records (SR) for both hotel and ground, ensuring pricing accuracy across all booking and operational platforms.
-
Contract Renewal Management: Coordinate year-over-year renewal of hotel and ground agreements in collaboration with the PD Manager. Track expiry timelines, initiate renewal conversations proactively, and ensure executed agreements are filed and reflected in systems.
-
Competitive Price Shops: Conduct targeted price benchmarking against competing wholesalers and OTAs as needed. Deliver clean, actionable data to the PD Manager to support rate strategy and negotiation.
-
Admin, Reporting & File Organization: Generate reports, maintain organized file structures, and manage Asana task queues for ground operations. Support ad hoc projects, contract reviews, FAM trip logistics, and webinar coordination as required.

Working familiarity with luxury European hotels, DMCs, and ground operators across key destinations. Ability to evaluate product quality and portfolio fit.

B2B Travel Operations

Hands-on understanding of wholesale travel mechanics — contracts, allocations, rate grids, and overrides. Not theoretical; you've worked in these systems.
-
Rate & Data Management
-
Proficiency in Excel and CSV-based rate structures. Clean, accurate data management under volume and deadline pressure.
-
Partner Communication
-
Comfortable leading vendor calls, handling partner queries, and resolving issues without escalation. Professional and direct tone.
-

Strong follow-through across multi-stream workloads. Uses tools like Asana effectively; nothing falls through the cracks.
