Job Description
Our client, operating in the Energy sector, is looking for a resource capable of supporting the Application Manager for maintenance IT tools in the business-side AMOA for Maximo.
Mission Objectives
The objectives of the assignment may evolve depending on expectations regarding the Maximo solution. At this stage, they are as follows:
- Master business processes (Maintenance, Operations, HSE, Purchasing, etc.) and the currently implemented Maximo solution, including associated workflows and applications, to provide user support.
- Formalize business requirements to consider regulatory, business, and company compliance needs.
- Follow up on developments with the IT contact responsible for the solution.
- Perform application testing (UAT) during the delivery of fixes and enhancements.
- Create and maintain training documentation.
- Organize document management.
- Carry out on-site deployments.
- Perform data extractions to respond to various needs (external requests, KPI implementation, etc.).
