Enjeux et missions du poste
Le conducteur de travaux intervient sur des projets d'aménagement de moyennes ou grandes surfaces (de 2 000 à 30 000 m²) pour lesquels il pilote la phase d'exécution des travaux afin de garantir le suivi en termes de coût, qualité, délais et sécurité.
Il travaille sur le projet sous la responsabilité du chef de projet ou du chargé d'affaires, en étroite collaboration avec les architectes ainsi que les responsables du mobilier et du transfert intervenant sur le chantier. Son manager N+1 est un Directeur de Travaux au sein de la direction technique tertiaire.
Ce poste vous attire ? Voici le profil que nous recherchons
En formation en bâtiment (Bac pro, BTS, Ingénieur)
Appétence pour l'aménagement d'espaces commerces / hôtelier ou bancaire et/ou bureaux (aménageur, agenceur, cloisonneur, etc.)
Parfaite maîtrise des outils informatiques tels que MS Project, Word, Excel, etc.
Travail en équipe, rigueur, organisation, qualités relationnelles
La maîtrise de l'anglais serait un plus
