Job Description
ServiceNow has established itself as a benchmark for IT governance and process automation. This role is aimed at a ServiceNow Technical Consultant wishing to work with our clients.
YOUR MISSIONS
As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant (M/F), you work with our clients across the full project lifecycle and contribute to the development of our centre of expertise.

Support and advise our clients

Facilitate workshops and draft specifications

Design solutions based on our clients' expressed requirements

Contribute to the development of the ServiceNow centre of expertise
Qualifications

You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a university or engineering school.

You are certified on at least one ServiceNow path (ITSM, CSM, PPM, HR, etc.).

You have 3 to 5 years of experience.

Detail-oriented, autonomous, with good interpersonal skills, you adapt to different client contexts.

You have strong writing skills and can adapt to different stakeholders.

You have technical analysis capabilities to understand different use cases.

You master JavaScript development, interface development, and ServiceNow application integration.
-
A good level of English would be a plus.
