General missions / purpose
As an APS leader, work with Production, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, PE and Global APS team to promote standardization and continuous improvement activities and lead the improvement of production activities at the Douai plant.
Description of activities

Manage the plant performance indicators (BSC, PIW, and any required data release for Obeya and any senior management meeting materials.)

Organize standardization scheduling and continuous improvement activity through internal audit at the shop floor field.

Participate into Global APS activities for EPF standards update preview and validation, introduce training material, digital factory activity, CIP introduction etc. with communicating by English language.

Promote the 5S culture and oversee its successful implementation
Hierarchical responsibility/project for animation

This position refers to the APS specialist (equivalent as production manager)

Organize and lead DMD (Daily management Diagnosis) as auditor

Organize and lead team meetings and manage continuous improvement projects.

Job Requirements
10+ years of experience in team management
- 2-year professional degree
- Domestic and international business trip experience (irregular)
