Role and Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Group Chief Information Officer (CIO), the Information Security Manager (CISO) will be responsible for the security of the Group’s information systems across all countries. You will play a transversal role with a strong international dimension.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Security Strategy & Governance: Define, deploy, and oversee the global Information Security Policy (PSSI). You will build the Information Security Management System (ISMS) from scratch and ensure its long‑term implementation, taking into account the regulatory and cultural specificities of each geographical region.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Lead NIS2 and CRA compliance initiatives and support the company in meeting all regulatory obligations, including in foreign jurisdictions. You will conduct risk assessments, audits, and manage the associated remediation plans across the entire international perimeter.
- Incident Response & Continuity: Organize and coordinate the global security incident response framework. Ensure continuous monitoring of threats and vulnerabilities, incorporating geopolitical considerations relevant to an international group.
- Awareness & Security Culture: Foster a shared security mindset across all countries by designing and delivering awareness programs tailored to diverse cultural contexts and audiences, including employees, IT teams, and management.
Profile:
You have at least 10 years of experience in Information Security, including 5 years as a CISO, ideally within an industrial environment or a sector subject to strict regulatory requirements. International exposure will be a strong asset. Proficiency in English is therefore essential.
You are fully familiar with ISO 27001, NIST frameworks, and NIS2 requirements, and have proven experience building and managing an ISMS. Holding a CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certification is a strong plus.
You view Information Security not as a collection of technical solutions but as a comprehensive management system supported by appropriate governance, aligned with the Group’s strategic priorities, risks, and business challenges. You are comfortable addressing all dimensions of cybersecurity—strategic, organizational, and technical.
Beyond technical expertise, we expect:
- Pragmatism
- The ability to convince and clearly explain security issues to a wide range of stakeholders (from Executive Leadership to operational teams)
- Strong prioritization skills in a multicultural, international context
- The ability to engage teams located across multiple continents in a long‑term transformation
- The capacity to challenge existing practices and propose relevant alternatives
