Position Purpose:
The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Lead is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies that deliver high-quality talent pipelines to support the organization's hiring goals. This role leads sourcing initiatives across employee referrals, social media, job boards, and recruitment marketing channels while managing a team of sourcing specialists and coordinators.
The Sourcing Lead partners closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and Talent Acquisition leadership to identify talent needs, drive candidate attraction strategies, optimize sourcing performance, and ensure the timely fulfillment of hiring requirements. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership capabilities, strategic sourcing expertise, and a proven track record in high-volume recruitment environments.
Job Requirements:
Strategic Sourcing & Talent Attraction
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies utilizing employee referrals, social media platforms, job boards, talent communities, and other recruitment channels to attract top talent.
Build and maintain robust talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs across multiple business functions.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and translate them into effective sourcing plans.
Provide strategic direction and real-time recommendations to the Talent Acquisition team regarding sourcing effectiveness and market opportunities.
Stay informed of industry trends, emerging sourcing technologies, social recruiting best practices, and labor market conditions.
Referral Program & Recruitment Marketing
Lead and champion employee referral initiatives by designing campaigns that drive employee participation and increase referral-generated hires.
Manage sourcing-related attraction campaigns and recruitment marketing efforts across digital and traditional channels.
Leverage social media platforms to strengthen employer branding and candidate engagement.
Support virtual and on-site recruitment activities, including:
Channel & Operations Management
Oversee sourcing channel operations and ensure:
Leads are endorsed and processed in real time.
Contact and conversion rates consistently meet or exceed targets.
Daily sourcing and lead generation reports are submitted accurately and on time.
Quality candidate leads are generated in accordance with hiring demands.
Monitor sourcing funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and candidate quality.
Analyze sourcing metrics, conversion rates, and channel effectiveness to drive data-based decision-making and continuous improvement.
Leadership & Team Management
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sourcing Specialists and Coordinators to achieve recruitment and sourcing objectives.
Provide guidance on sourcing strategies, candidate engagement approaches, and operational best practices.
Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on accountability, innovation, and results.
Maintain regular communication with Talent Acquisition leadership regarding sourcing challenges, risks, and action plans to support class fulfillment and hiring targets.
Candidate Experience & Stakeholder Management
Promote an inclusive, engaging, and positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and recruitment process.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent communities.
Partner closely with Recruitment Managers, Hiring Managers, and Human Resources teams to align sourcing efforts with business priorities.
Six (6) months to Five (5) years of high-volume recruitment and sourcing experience, preferably within a BPO, call center, RPO, or shared services environment.
Proven experience in sourcing through employee referrals, social media platforms, job boards, and other candidate attraction channels.
Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing sourcing or recruitment teams.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Strong understanding of recruitment marketing, talent attraction strategies, and candidate sourcing methodologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sourcing metrics and make data-driven recommendations.
Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
