We are looking for a Medical Success Manager to support Gosta Labs' activities in France. This role is both hands-on and strategic, working closely with clinicians, hospital partners, and internal product teams. You will ensure our AI solutions deliver real clinical value and meet French regulatory and medical standards. You will play a key role in shaping how our products are built, validated, and adopted in French healthcare settings.

Provide medical expertise and clinical leadership across the development, validation, and deployment of Gosta Labs' AI solutions.

Act as a core medical interface between clinical stakeholders, healthcare provider partners, and product and engineering teams.

Translate real-world healthcare workflows and clinical needs into clear product requirements.

Engage with medical, clinical, and IT decision-makers at partner hospitals and cancer centers.

Oversee and advise on clinical validation studies and performance assessments of AI algorithms.

Ensure compliance with French regulatory requirements, clinical guidelines, and best practices.

Contribute to product and clinical strategy by identifying opportunities where AI can meaningfully improve healthcare.

Represent Gosta Labs within the French medical community, including conferences, advisory discussions, and industry events.

Collaborate with product, engineering, and regulatory teams to deliver high-quality, clinically robust solutions.

Stay up to date on advances in medical AI and digital health.

Holds a Medical Doctor (MD) degree.

Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience post Medical Doctor degree.

Work experience from a Small to Mid sized tech company.

Experience in digital health, health tech, or telemedicine industries, ideally involving AI-enabled solutions is considered a plus.

Earlier track record of working with medical, clinical, and IT decision-makers within healthcare provider organizations.

Background in clinical strategy, medical oversight, or clinical governance is preferred.

Digitally fluent and comfortable working in fast-paced, technology-driven environments.

Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
