Gestire i documenti di trasporto e le telefonate
Aggiornare il sistema di gestione interno
Aggiornare i database
Competenze richieste per il lavoro:
Capacità di reagire rapidamente e di stabilire le priorità delle emergenze
Accoglienza fisica e telefonica
Aggiornamento di banche dati (Excel e software interno)
Scansione e archiviazione di documenti
Programmazione di appuntamenti
Gestione delle relazioni con le filiali, i clienti e i trasportatori
Conoscenza del pacchetto Office
Lingua: spagnolo essenziale, inglese auspicabile
