The Allen Groupe is currently looking for Building and Commercial Premises Cleaning Operatives (M/F) to work at various client sites, providing professional cleaning services for a range of business customers.
You will play a key role in maintaining clean, safe, and pleasant working environments by delivering high-quality cleaning services in accordance with the company's procedures and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain offices, meeting rooms, and common areas.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms.
- Empty waste bins and replace garbage bags.
- Replenish consumables (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc.).
- Clean accessible windows and glass surfaces.
- Follow hygiene protocols, safety regulations, and internal procedures.
- Carry out quality checks to ensure cleaning standards are met.
Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience in hotel housekeeping and commercial cleaning premises cleaning is required.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Well-organized with a strong work ethic.
- Discreet and respectful of confidentiality.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- French language skills required; English is an advantage.
