Position Overview:
As a Product Manager, you will own all skincare launches and programs across your franchises. You will lead the conception, development, and execution of innovative 360° marketing strategies and product concepts to drive business globally and strengthen brand differentiation. Working in an international environment, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of all programs, while evolving within a high-potential brand in the still-emerging men’s skincare category.
Responsibilities
- New Product Development & Product Relaunch
- Develop product portfolio to support brand's strategic direction, including focus on hero products and fast-growing subcategories and benefits, with a key focus on APAC (China key market) and NA (US home market).
- Manage end-to-end launch process, from product concept to go-to-market strategies focused on the consumer journey.
- Identify white space based on product architecture opportunities, market trends, sub-category evolution. Leverage findings from consumer insights, social listening, CRM data.
- Develop strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to drive product development milestones and deliver programs on planned launch timing.
- Kick off NPL through in-depth market & competitive analysis, and detailed product brief including unique product positioning.
- Leverage experience in skincare with regards to specific skin concerns, product usage and regimen.
- Lead execution of launch strategies within designated budget and COG targets and partner with transversal teams to develop all required formats.
- Create unique campaign concept anchored in consumer insights in partnership with Digital Consumer Marketing Team
- Partner with Digital Consumer Marketing and Creative Team to develop impactful omnichannel assets, with an online-first mindset. Lead creation and communication of launch package to affiliates.
