Role Context
Responsible for manifesting data as per FSDC standards & inputing of Delivery Details for Reunion.
To ensure that verifications are carried out according to local requirements and DHL Network standards.
To ensure that Scanning & Verification of CIA Images are as per Network Standards
To liaise with OPS/ CS with regards to Undeliverables.
To ensure the highest level of service to DHL customers and the Network.
Generate daily reports using SAM and any other Operations related software.
Liaise with Indian Ocean Islands for any daily issues related to Operations Performance.
Key responsibilities

To integrate quality into the business by ensuring that every customer contact is a demonstration of absolute dedication towards providing first time ideal solutions for the satisfaction of customer’s immediate and future needs.

Handle Operations related requests for Reunion.

To ensure that THP/ GSOP procedures are adhered to.

To generate and collate daily, weekly & monthly reports as required by the Operations Manager.

To prepare any ad hoc operation performance reports as required.

Ensure that regular site visits are conducted, and to follow-up on reports of these visits, with the relevant manager and the Operations Performance, Training and Compliance Manager.

To communicate Performance issues to IT ..

To assist the Operations Performance Analysts with administration and other tasks when necessary on a day to day basis.

To assist with any other functions outside of the job description to ensure that the Operations Department runs effectively and efficiently according to net work standards required.
