Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Senior Manager plays a key role in sustainably and positively supporting Wavestone’s growth. The mission is to attract top talent at scale, strengthen today’s and tomorrow’s teams, and promote the employer brand to a broad and diverse pool of candidates. This is achieved in close collaboration with all business units across our global footprint.
/ Drive a high-impact recruitment plan across a broad scope
Take ownership of an ambitious plan encompassing around 500 recruitments per year (hires & interns, consulting, sales & corporate populations) across multiples Business Units:

Lead as a trusted partner of BU Leaders, driving recruitment strategies that secure top talent and build world-class teams for future success.

Drive efficient, innovative execution of hiring and intern campaigns, ensuring seamless delivery, clear accountability, measurable impact, and zero compromise on quality.

Inspire and develop high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, collective intelligence, innovative thinking, and a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Directly recruit top talent to unlock stuck situations, overcome challenges, secure complex campaigns, stay connected to the market, and embrace a test-and-learn approach.
/ Lead Campus Management & employer brand strategy at a global level
Shape and elevate the attractiveness strategy to secure top talent and strengthen our employer value proposition, both in France and worldwide:

Drive a strategic plan with clear performance metrics, boosting internship & apprenticeship recruitment success, while developing a network of 20 campuses, 250 annual initiatives, and a €500K budget.
- Design and lead innovative, high-impact employer branding events and platforms, bridging the Communication Team and business unit priorities.

Setup, manage, and grow a hybrid team combining dedicated campus specialists with talent acquisition specialists engaged in broader hiring initiatives.

Expand and adapt campus management and employer branding best practices beyond France, tailoring initiatives to local market dynamics and business priorities.
Qualifications

At least 10 years of recruitment experience, ideally within a consulting firm or a leading corporation renowned for HR and recruitment excellence

Deep understanding of Campus Management and employer branding, with the ability to translate strategic objectives into impactful actions

Proven leadership with excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to autonomously lead teams

Strong drive for challenges, results-driven mindset to coordinate complex recruitment campaigns et projects

Ability to evolve in a fast-paced & challenging environment, with sharp prioritization skills and an innovative mindset

Fluent in English, written and oral concidering international scope of the role
