Job Description
What you will do :
You will be responsible for leading Ayming's HR IT program and driving its transformation, with a scope that will expand from 2027 to include Finance IT applications (Workday Finance & Billing, Kyriba, and other solutions).
Your day-to-day :
Program delivery
-
Drive Workday HCM deployment milestones: configuration, testing, data migration, go-live, hypercare

Coordinate with Workday integrators and internal teams (HR, Finance, IT, Data & AI)

Manage cross-program dependencies with Finance and others
-
Ensure data quality on HR master data
Steering & governance

Facilitate steering committees with HR Management and application owners

Report program status (planning, delivery, budget, risk) monthly

Escalate blockers and arbitrate with stakeholders

Maintain program documentation
Change management

Support HR application owners in coordinating the super-user network across entities

Contribute to adoption plans per country and business line, in coordination with the transformation team

Monitor post-go-live satisfaction and training coverage, in support of business stakeholders
Domain build-out (from 2027)

Map and rationalize the HR application landscape (ATS, time, portals, integrations)

Extend to Workday Finance & Billing — plan, coordinate, deliver alongside the Finance IT program

Define the multi-year HR & Finance IT roadmap in alignment with the Group CHRO and CFO
Qualifications

6+ years in IT program or project management
-
Ability to navigate between HR business stakeholders and technical teams
-
Structured communication, able to report to senior sponsors

Multi-country deployment experience

Appetite for scope growth: this role is designed to expand

English fluent, French is a plus (international program)
Nice to have:

Hands-on experience on Workday HCM (full deployment as PM or functional lead)

Experience in Workday Financials or Billing modules, or strong willingness to extend there

Familiarity with HR data flows and HRIS integrations (payroll connectors, ATS, time management)

Experience in professional services or consulting industry

Knowledge of Agile or hybrid delivery methods
