Main Mission:
Contribute to improve and deploy the Talent practices across the Business Group with an objective to develop a talent pipeline and ensure the right level of skills to support the business strategy.
Responsibilities:
Create an animate a community of Young Talents to reinforce our pipeline
Support the deployment within the Business Group of key HR processes related to Talent Development to ensure a smooth roll out, an excellent user experience and value added output (Performance Reviews, Development Reviews, People Reviews)
Follow the key indicators and drive action plans to reach the Business Group Targets on Diversity and Youth Employment
Support Turn Over analysis to identify root causes of and built consistent action plans
Drive the People Engagement Process
Participate in different HR Projects
Profile:
Master's student in Human Resources or a related field
Appetance for HR management
Good communications skills
Rigor and precision, autonomy, team working
Very good knowledge with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel used daily)
Good level in English
