Our company is recruiting Land Registration Analysts, at the beginning or the experienced level.
Position based at the headquarters: Montbazon (37)
This position requires:
- Handling requests
- Analysis of mortgage statements (BIA & FIDJI)
- Drafting an analytical report
M/F, interested in the professional activity of the Land Registration. You are team-oriented and analytical, capable of producing a well-organised and rigorous synthesis of information.
You are early in your career and work in an area related to real estate. You are interested in a career as an analyst in the Land Registration service. In terms of credentials, you possess an advanced technical degree in “Notary Work” or “Real Estate” with years of practice in the related disciplines (BTS with 4/5 years of experience).
You are mid-range in your career – Junior – and have at least 1 year of experience in the area of Notary work (formal procedures clerk, clerk in charge of drafting deeds, notary legal secretary). You are a young graduate of the Notary School (Master 1 Probate Law track).
- Senior level in your career, with more than 7 years of practice in the Notary profession (Master 2 Notation Private Law specialised in Notary Law, diploma of aptitude for Notary training).
You have expert knowledge of Pack Office for Windows 7 and 8.
