With dual reporting to the Site Director and the Group CFO, you oversee all administrative and financial activities of the GCA Groups manufacturing site.

As a member of the Management Committee, your main mission is to structure and ensure the reliability of financial data required for performance management and to contribute to the definition and implementation of the sites strategy, in compliance with Group policies and applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Financial and Budget Management
- Oversee the organization and operation of the finance, accounting, and administrative department, ensuring compliance with deadlines and procedures.
- Prepare, implement, and monitor the sites budget, financial forecasts, and management dashboards.
- Analyze variances between forecasts and actual results, identify risks, and propose corrective actions.
- Ensure regular reporting to site management and the Group.
Strategy and Decision-Making
- Contribute to defining the sites strategic directions.
- Advise management on investments, project profitability, and cost optimization.
- Conduct financial and economic studies to support strategic decisions.
External Relations
- Manage relationships with external partners: banks, statutory auditors, tax and legal authorities, insurers.
- Negotiate financial contracts, loans, and other resources necessary for site operations.
- Ability to engage and mobilize institutional partners to support and secure the sites development projects.
Management and Organization
- Lead, develop, and motivate the administrative and financial team.
- Organize resources to ensure department efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
- Ensure communication and coordination with all site departments.
Compliance and Control
- Ensure the legal, fiscal, and regulatory compliance of site activities.
- Guarantee adherence to national and international accounting standards (IFRS).
- Identify financial risks and propose preventive measures.
Profile
Education & Experience
- Masters degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Management Control, Business School, or equivalent.
- Around 10 years of professional experience, including significant experience managing multidisciplinary teams, ideally in an industrial environment.
Technical Skills
- Expertise in accounting, treasury, management control, and reporting.
- Knowledge of IFRS standards, taxation, corporate law, and banking regulations.
- Proficiency in financial IT tools.
- Fluent in English.
